Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.
